I got all three of mine, too -- I don't trust myself to remove the flaps, though; I think I'll have the tailor at the dry cleaner do it (the sleeves are too long, too, so they'll have to be taken up).

I wonder about that tab on the lapel with the button hole in it. Am I wrong to consider having that tab removed, so that the lapels match?

Actually, I'm afraid the button hole extends just far enough to prevent doing that -- what do you guys think?

Here are photos of mine after I removed the pocket flaps; wasn't hard, just took some time and patience. The armholes are low as expected. The belt is about 1/2" low but no big deal. The linen is nice and has wrinkled well. I was also able to get some nice lapel roll with a little work.

In all I'm very pleased.

Tasso Update!

Macy*s has the Natural color trousers again - on sale for $29.98.

They're offered as separates with a conservative 2B jacket this time out, but they match the Natural beltback (with the usual caveat that dye lots will vary - mine might be 2% darker than the jacket, and who'll notice?)

If you missed the trous 2 summers ago, now's your chance.
