Aside from Saville Row, has anyone here had any experience with tailors over here? I'm mainly interested in the quality/price ratio
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. LondonLuke said:Little search on the internet today turned up these fellows

Sounds too good to be true, anyone have any experience of them?
Max Flash said:Edward, correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the lawsuit revolved around the central premise that the term "bespoke" could only be used to describe a true bespoke suit (as the Savile Row tailors argued) or whether it could be used to describe a M2M suit (as K&A argued). The ruling was that bespoke could be used to describe a M2M suit.
Therefore, when K&A say you are getting a bespoke suit, they in fact mean you are getting a M2M.
Max Flash said:However, you are right, very few will notice these things. The important thing for me is being able to choose the wool and the lining - that way I end up with a truly unique (hence bespoke) item. I like to dress well for work and show my individuality even in a conservative environment. This can be achieved just as easily with M2M as with bespoke, and at a fraction of the price!
