Honestly it doesn't look 20s at all to me and anything beyond the early 30s is out of my knowlege range.

Very cool fabric. It's tough to see with those small pictures, but from what I can see of the trouser details (flat front and belt loop details), I wouldn't rule out later 30s or very early 40s. The button stance does look a bit low however.

They list it as a 38, yet the armpit-to-armpit measurement on the jacket is 22 inches, i.e. a bit big for a 38.

Looks to me like a middle 50s suit.
