Quick suit and hat question

Dark navy suit does that go with a light almost white straw hat with a black hat band? My first thought is no blue and black since The hat is linked below. Should the hat band be a different color?

Thanks for your input I don't get to dressed up much and Easter is around the corner.

Navy goes w/anything and so does a black and white hat IMHO.
I just did a google search and read Deckard's Guide:Fedora hat basics... Yes...White hat with black ribbon goes with nearly everything.
