Looking for an Inexpensive Belt Back Suit

Have you looked into making a "cheat suit" of the black belted jacket - ie matching a pair of trou to it? This ought to be especially easy with blacks. I've done it with navy blue, even once with Cambridge grey.

Good luck trying to match black... believe me, I've tried it a lot. I was a metalhead back in 89.... lol Thing with black is that unless you get it right it just looks mismatched, and it's surprisingly difficult to get it spot on.

I've seen some great stuff from HK tailors.... I plan to have a couple of things run up next time I'm there, taking a jacket and trousers or two to have copied...

I found one today....in one of those "suit stores" that are all over NY. Alas, it wasn't my size, but they exist. It was only $80!!
