I’ve been watching this channel since picking it up on a Spirits forum I spend time on. This guy has spent some major money on building & stocking his home bar.

Costco, $25 during a sale, made from hard plastic. My mom is into saving her tips in a piggy bank (the pot of gold).

We’re coffee addicts in this house, such that a broken-down espresso machine is an emergency.

Our current machine (we’re on our third now) occupies a section of countertop next to the stove. It’s a good place for it.

It’s all the better that it is about two steps away from the kitchen sink. These things can get messy and the water tank on the machine needs frequent refilling. A nearby water source (and a drain) is a huge plus.

We have a Breville Barista Pro. Some Christmases my wife and I forgo individual gifts to each other and get an agreed to together gift. In 2021 it was an espresso machine! I am an Americana man, my wife a latte woman.
