How to get Carole Lombard Hair?

I have fallen in love with Carole Lombard and want to get my hair cut/styled like hers. I particularly love the black and white picture on the top right hand of this link.

I know it is a simple looking style but I have been looking around for something that I like for so long. And think it would be a good starting off point for other styles as well.

Anyone got any suggestions as to how I could use this style for something else? Photo's?

Yes very high forehead (which I hate) but my face is a bit rounder than hers.

What sort of cut do you get to do that, anyway? Is that one of the U-outline ones?
