Yes, this is exactly what i'm talking about. That is, the type of suit worn by 95% of people who wear a suit.

I don't mind the pocket pleats, but the shoulder ones are a little silly, and i'm not a fan of the open dart on the chest.

I'm starting to see influences on average suits already. Haggar, for example, is making shorter jackets with narrower lapels and trousers, and it's just another JC Penney brand.

haggar is its own brand that is sold by penney's...you're thinking of stafford, pierre cardin etc..the "quality" is about the same though...if not worse.
