No. Reweaving is very difficult and most tailors don't know how to do it.

Reweaving is very expensive (my local company charges $60 per 3mm round hole). I would say there's probably about $1000 worth of reweaving in that shoulder area alone.

Plus it's not so easy to find someone who's capable of doing a proper reweave (or french weaving, as it's also called). Seems to be a dying craft.
