Anyone else drink Lophraig?

I recently splurged on a bottle of cask strength,pure heaven!

A strong contender for my favorite scotch. With a chill in the air today, it's time to break my bottle out.

Like ******* the rain out of a tree stump after a lightning storm. Nothing like it on earth, this is what made me a whiskey drinker.
Though my nightly tipple is Finlaggans, a little milder and about half the price. It's actually really good stuff. See for yourself.

Anyone actually it with a splash of water? I've got friends who swear by this. Totally ruins the taste for me.

Yes, almost always. But just a tiny splash, if it's even a little too much it will dilute the flavour. I won't have it on the rocks, though. The cold dulls the tastebuds.

I agree. Even water affects the kerosene taste for me.
