I don't care for the closure system, particularly for how it would look when worn open.

A bit over-engineered too.
But it's good to know that such a garment can look less menacing in a colour other than black or dark green.

Ah yes the Gutos quick release buckle. A great functional idea, but yes, the aesthetics are not that great. When they're smaller it's not so bad, and a little bit of corrosion works wonders to lessen the impact of the bright metal.
