1950s casual coat from Lilywhites

This is rather expensive for a 1950s casual coat, but it is extremely nice. it's from Lilywhite's, the once-great sporting store.

It seems to me to be like the forerunner of those suede fronted cardigans that were so popular with middle aged men (and much younger West indians) in the sixties through to the eighties.

My grandad lived in those. Still see them quite a bit up Walthamstow and Chingford, particularly Chingford, once you get past The Dogs.
