1940s Glen Plaid Double Breasted Suit

This suit looks great! I was talking to the seller about those moth holes. There is 6 total: 4 about 1/8 inch, and 2 about 1/16 inch. If I just had the extra cash..........

Nope. If it were from the '70s, the trouser legs would almost certainly be tight at the thigh and/or flared from knee to the cuff. That isn't the case here. This suit is probably from the mid 1940s to the very early '50s.

It went for big bucks considering that you'd have to spend another 300 to 350 Euros for the reweaving...

And a skeleton lining would be unlikely on a 70's piece.
