Butte posts every now and then at the vlj, it seems he is doing fine.
I remember some heated conversations between big j, butte and superfluous. It's a pity though that all three have left this forum.

Yeah, @Leither. From Scotland. I spoke to him a couple years back. He was at the frontline when COVID first hit, and it affected him a lot. He was ok though, turned to other hobbies (hitting the guitar big time, if I remember correctly).

Good guy, indeed! and some nice scenic photos with some super nice jackets. One of the best Plainsmans I’ve seen.

I remember a great story of him (unless ofcourse my brain cells betray me and it was another person): back in 2015 (or maybe 2016) aero held a big event with all the stolen stuff they found at you know whose house. The big aero theft sale or similar. Willy went there but did not take into account the time difference so he arrived an hour earlier at Galashiels - he was however treated well from the aero guys with warm coffee.

My friend bought a place in Seville. Three years ago, someone was supposed to fix the clay pipes to the indoor outhouse (his description) of his 400 year old row-house. He's still living over at his girlfriends place...
