Henley T-shirt and thin chambray popover. Both feel the same, very comfy. The leather is probably more supple than any other I own, minus my Indy jackets in lamb. But it’s not far off those either.

I've been eyeing up Y'2 (or any) type 1 leather jackets for a few years now. I tried on a Fine Creek model which fit far too slim. I then tried on the Y'2 kakishibu in my size which fit perfectly, and although the sleeves are very slightly too long I think this should resolve itself as the jacket breaks in and the arms stack.
I ended up ordering a vintage horse Y'2 from Ebay in the same size which has slightly shorter sleeves, so in theory should fit perfectly. I then found the kakishibu version, so I of course ordered that too.

I know, me too! Looks like it might have been over-conditioned due to the white marks on it in some places, but the seller accepts returns so I went for it. Will post more when it arrives.

I restored an identical one but can’t get the old smell out of it unfortunately. Great jacket! No zipper needed replaced.

I posted a similar size 42 in the Finds section, less money but too small for me. Said I would have bought it in my size. then it showed up. Fine Creek Richmond in their biggest size, 46. Like new. worth a look
