Well dressed trucker?

Admittedly, you and Robert are way beyond this.

Having hi-jacked this thread with my truck driving escapades, getting it back to "What Hat" is a compliment to the array of amazing hats displayed since I regaled you with my trucking tale.

For church this morning my bespoke Gamble & ***n tops of a pinstripe blazer. The shirt and trousers are straight off Tina's sewing machine. It was Tina who chose the colour for this hat. She is such a talent that John Perrett of Fox Tailoring https://www.foxtailoring.co.uk/ complimented her work, he even asked to photograph these trousers that my lady made for me.

Lee in a *** Prince-ish styling. The moths like this velvety finish felt almost as much as I do. I like this one both brim up and brim down.

Let the moths buy their own hats! Works glasses on and glasses off as well; versatile hat! Looking good, Joe.
Very nice, Jim. Love how thin that felt is.

I am generally a well-dressed trucker, but you definitely have me beat!

Here are some of my fashions from the road while trucking. I'd actually love to try a suit of some kind, the problem is being able to clean it.

A plenary indulgence, now there's a knowledgeable remark.

Love the colour of the Rehfus but the Dobbs just edges it. As always, Stefan, you make Sundays worth logging on for, what a treat!

Well I appear to have survived round number two of the creeping crud. Much better this morning after two and a half days. Saw in the news that the CDC was reporting 24 million cases of influenza, and 310,000 case requiring hospitalization in the past 30 days. Guess it wasnt my imagination lol. Wishing all my best to all Loungers who have been affected.. get well and stay healthy.

Fired up the french press and made two big mugs of a good dark roast coffee... always makes a good start to the morning... just a few passing light showers this morning and just a bit cool and damp so I wanted some something warm up top while sitting outside. An Imperial- Ultimate finish Stetson Dexter did a good job. Its a pretty dense heavy hat so I really cant wear it 6 months out of the year here in East Texas. Got to wear it when I can...

Wonderful selection of hats on display today Stefan !! Do I detect a hint of brim edge stitching on the Dobbs ?
*always a sucker for a beautiful brown hat, here lately I've been on a Grey infatuation...so I've got to go with the Dobbs !

Thanks, Timmy and good eye. The Dobbs used to have an overwelt brim which made it look like a "little hat" to my eye, so I took it out. In some light you can still see trace of it.
