The newly salvaged *** Prince gets to go outside today. Happy to report that the felt patches on the holes are holding up well ( nothing fell off lol) This is such a nice soft felt... Im really happy it didnt get thrown away before I got it. I wasnt sure it was salvagable but it definately got to live again

The weather here in Kentucky is starting to finally feel like Fall with high temperatures in the mid 60s today so I decided to go with my Stetson American Buffalo Collection 4X Buffalo hat. I really like the frayed edges on the ribbon hatband along with the brim edge binding on the pencil curl brim. I've got a lot of hats but this has to be one of the heaviest hats in my collection.
Hope y'all have a good 'un !

I went to the office on an early autumn morning with a "new" hat. Yes, I admit, sometimes I can't resist the temptation.

Brasiliano - Echt Leder with the writing "Lepre Finissima" on the sweatband. This written is a little mistery to me

The felt is a mix of wool and hare of excellent workmanship with a fantastic blue color.
Quite floppy and the shape recalls the English "Poet" hat.
I liked it in the seller photo, but it is much better in person
