Urad is magic. It greatly enhances the color and it's not sticky like Obenaufs or other beeswax based products.

I haven't tried pecards but I did try obenaufs. Obenauf's can make a jacket look matte and it doesn't really enhance the color dept. Plus depending on the type of leather, it may take up to a week or two to fully dry. Urad is dry within minutes.

I don't know. I finally found one that fit. Actually I found two that fit, so I'm kind of done with the motorcycle collection. At least for ones I want to wear, it doesn't get any better than this for me. I've only owned one buco.

Urad is just adding a topcoat/finish, that's why it dries quickly, don't use it on your non-vintage jacket.

So, it’s not soaking in to do anything? It is acting more like a shellac or varnish? Are your words from experience?
If what you say is true, it is an interesting product to use at the very end of a re-conditioning/rejuvenation project. I like Blackrock for CXL for the reason that it is wax based and gives that original matte luster.

I liked this post and I’m replying after trying Urad out.
I agree that it is like putting a top-coat on the leather, and not applying something that soaks in and conditions the hide.
