Just ordered a new Schott 618hh size46 to replace my size 48. I lost some weight and my trusty, go-to, 618 balloons up on me when riding now. I am kinda bummed because that jacket was gonna be my workhorse. My chest is measuring around 44" now but I don't think my shoulder width has changed that much. Hopefully the 46 will work. Should find out in a few days.

I hope you'll like the samples, I just went ahead and ordered because some members here swear by them and that's good enough for me especially for the price.

Pretty much stock design, I just based measurements off of a jacket I already have. The only thing I requested to be changed is the hand pocket construction and requested the logo be placed under the inside jacket pocket.

Nice! is it the aniline or the pigment dyed shinki?

I believe this one is aniline, it has reddish brown tones from what I can see (mrproper has the same jacket) greg stopped offering this specific brown because of the difficulty matching panels. The pigment dyed shinki he offers now looks more seal brown to me.

This model is called "Rosie". it's a special limited edition released for Schott's 90th anniversary. They also released the "Michael", in a thicker steerhide. Incredible jackets.
Names were chosen in reference to members of the Schotts family.
They were mostly sold in Japan.

Almost correct Rosie was made for the 100th anniversary, i'll add a picture of the incredible red lining

Ah ok, Ive actually seen the Rosie before. Not in person online so Im familiar with it now that I know what it is. I would have hoped it was a bit thicker/heavier. Do you also own the 90th?
