How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Looks good in the pictures but if it doesn’t feel right when you try it on normally it isn’t a good sign.

The traditional Levi’s Type III doesn’t have high armholes so there is something odd going on with the pattern they’ve used.

Hello everyone, this is my first post. I just place my order with Langlitz Leathers and I order the Columbia jacket with padding on shoulder and elbow. They told me there is a six months waiting period. I'm so excited, this is my first time ordering custom made jacket. Hopefully I don't mess it up :D

Hi, welcome! Langlitz are some of the best when it comes to getting the right fit, I wouldn't worry about it. :)

So this Aero is like a bit of a time capsule. Made in 2012 for Insurrection (I believe before the Thurston moniker). Has the cool throat latch, backward belt and 4” corduroy hem guard. It came out of the box without a single sleeve crease or nick in the CXL. I don’t think it’s ever been worn!

It just arrived! And it looks fabulous imho. A tiny bit tight in the armholes and shoulders though. Might have to send it back :(. I’ll wear it some more inside this evening and feel it out properly before making a decision. I really want to keep this.
nice fit on the pic, the front yoke looks a bit high usually after the 2nd button. I like snug shoulder and armhole that fits like heel of a shoe gives better mobility even without gusset on the back or underarm, but sure not everyone can like the tightness there.

Good spot, I hadn’t noticed the front yoke sits a little bit high on this particular jacket. Yes, I’m sure snug armhole can be really comfortable for some body types. It seems I’m unfortunately not one of those :(

And it's probably two sizes too small for you so best to breath in that chrome leather scent and ship it out to NJ. PM's always welcome ;)

On a different topic, the addiction struck again last night. Literally one day after I eBay my Aero M422a that was too large, I buy this. It's like the jacket closet gods demanded a like replacement!

You can't go wrong with a G-1, lightweight, made from goatskin, easy to wear due to the action back, mouton collar... it's my personal favourite jacket design.

I was just recapping my current interests and here what it looks like:

- 1 currently ordered jacket (long term)
- 1 jacket about to be ordered
- 1 jacket in talks

Then there are the list of what I am lusting after:

- 1 for the design (buttons)
- 1 for the type (longer, maybe a trench)
- 1 for the warmth (maybe shearling)
- 1 specifically for riding (thinking about Lewis Leathers)

There are a few others as well, this is getting quite excessive... how about you guys?

Right now, I am looking at getting a coat based on the style of a pea coat (in possibly navy) and another* reproduction U Boat deck jacket (this time in black leather).

*I say another because my first one (in grey), I had outgrown and could no longer fit in it....which of course bummed me out, because I really liked that jacket and used it frequently. I chose to go with black this time because I just want a change from the "typical WWII grey" (plus I don't attend events anymore). Black seemed more common with WWI.

Well, I went a bit crazy waiting for the LW. Two jackets inbound.

A Thurlow Deerskin MC jacket exactly like @tmitchell59 jacket. Hope it fits.

The second is the Langlitz recently posted in the Deals thread by @jacketjunkie. Thank you sir. I received pictures from the seller and the measurements were a bit off so I hope it works, especially the length. He graciously accepted a lower offer too. Both deals I will pass on to folks here if one or both do not fit.
