Ok, so at least more pictures. Jacket is from July last year and started off in an extremely pale natural tone and has darkened very considerably since.
The leather is rather delicate in that it shows every droplet of water and generally stains very easily. I don’t baby any of my jackets, so I don’t mind at all. Clearly, the jacket does not yet have the patina I want to see with further wear.

One of my LW had a noticeable squeak as well... I rubbed a little Vaseline ( petroleum jelly) under the arms and the squeak really subsided..

I just rubbed the greasy cloth that i use to apply Pecard's on my pits and it has helped a lot, i gained +25 to Sneak.

Thanks for the tip.

Edit: I just did the inside of the belt too and gained another 25 points!

21oz. Superblack super bad Iron Heart zombie apocalypse beer run type Three amigos. I love this one. Of all the IH jackets I’ve had this one is the best. Just a tank of a jacket. I’d quit this **** entirely if they made this with a nylon quilted liner. I’ll leave the leather to you guys.

how do you avoid indigo rub off staining the inside of the cuff or around the hem? going to be relevant for me soon I dare to get a very raw unprotected vegtan cowhide as jacket, I already bought saddle soap and waterproofing wax in preparation probably going to carry them around inside the pockets the first few months until the nerve relaxes...
