I've been wanting a cherrywood sitter but with a more traditional tortoiseshell ***berland stem or else just ebonite.

If I buy another meer it will either be a 100 yr old or a replica of Lee Van Cleef's personal meer; some are better than others. They are artificially colored. It is said he always smoked his personal pipes in his movies.

I have the first tin version of Friends Pipe Tobacco. I still need to find the later tin.

I ordered a couple varieties of tobacco plant sets yesterday. Going to try growing & blending some leaf this yr. I ordered plants because I'm about a month too late to start seeds inside.

I only have a basic pipe right now, but with the expectation that I would get something with a bit of style once I got a good handle on how to smoke it properly (no use damaging anything expensive due to my inexperience).

A buddy of mine has a couple of old Meerschaum pipes that he keeps stashed away that I wouldn't mind getting hold of myself at some point.
