J. Crew Letterman Jacket
This thing held up amazingly well to a mid 20's ride in to work. The inner insulation must block the wind as the outer section is just melton wool. I picked this up on a recent J. Crew sale for about $25 so I'm happy at the price.

After seeing that cool new Thedi buffalo hide jacket of @HoosierDaddy, I thought I’d post this; it’s a Sporty’s buffalo hide jacket that I found on the ‘Bay just recently (Sporty’s Pilot Shop were selling these jackets about 10 yeas ago but no longer offer them).

Makes me wonder what exact species it was? American buffalo (bison)? Cape buffalo? Water buffalo?
Whatever animal it came from, it is truly wondrous stuff! Heavy. Soft. Pliable. Grainy in some places, smooth in others. Very matte, dry finish, but not quite suede-like.

Buffalo hide certainly has an exotic aura and the variety of the hides that you see from different manufacturers makes these beasts worthy of adding to one’s corral, uh, I mean closet!

I had an ex who would keep tins of tuna and sardines in the fridge, i never managed to make her stop doing it.
Fresh fish=good, fridge keeps things fresh, thus tinned fish in the fridge=good.
It just blew my mind that someone would do that and have the right to vote and drive!
