Very neat! Is that an idea you came up with or have you seen vintage hats with hide liners before?

Mike, Bob and myself were brainstorming about the idea and we wanted to know if it could be done (the hide is heavy and likes to fall down on top of the head). Was more for aesthetics than anything else. I think it turned out nicely.

Its true - keeping that hat white is near impossible (loading up on talcum powder just in case).

The full shot is the closest color. I believe it is the Winchester dark grey. I'll see if I can find or take a better shot this weekend. These were just a couple I had on my phone already.

The indoor shots capture the beauty of it's shape and dimension, the outdoor ones ALMOST capture the true green heatherness and sublime overall monochromatic presence of it. This hat made me swoon when I saw it in person. Fantastic collaboration with Bob, Garrett.
