Not really jazzy, but Dinerman's pics feature something similar. This is Clothcraft by Joseph & Feiss. Undated and very much more conservative than many of the illustrations. I do have another one hanging around somewhere, it's a Hart Schaffner Marx, probably middle 1920s. I'll need to dig it out sometime …
